Moving up the ladder is something many technical people want to do at some point in their career. The question, however, is what career opportunities are there for technical people. Some want to lead and manage other people and others just like to take on more technical responsibilities but don’t want the disciplinary accountability.

Let’s discuss different career paths for technical people, talk about different people and non-people lead roles and find out the differences and similarities between the 2 career opportunities.
