2. Journaling (3 min)
A guided prompt helps you connect with what's really weighing on you.
3. Sharing Round (10-15 min)

4. Hot Seat Breakthrough (25-30 min)
We work deeply with 1-2 participants on their current leadership challenge. You'll witness real transformation as we uncover:
