Leadership can be lonely. Most new managers have nowhere to talk about their challenges without fear of judgment or looking incompetent. That's why we created Leaders Lab - a space where you can drop the "I've got it all together" act and get real help from peers who actually understand.

We don't promise to solve all your problems - we promise you won't have to face them alone.

### Here's what makes us different:

We start where other leadership coaching or workshop sessions are afraid to go - with the messy, human side of leading others.
In every session, you'll join leaders who are dealing with the same things you are:

### What happens in each session:

1. Arrival & Grounding (5 min)
We quickly create a container of trust where vulnerability becomes your superpower.

2. Journaling (3 min)
A guided prompt helps you connect with what's really weighing on you.
3. Sharing Round (10-15 min)

This is where the relief begins. You realize you're not alone - other smart leaders are facing the same struggles.

4. Hot Seat Breakthrough (25-30 min)
We work deeply with 1-2 participants on their current leadership challenge. You'll witness real transformation as we uncover:

  • The hidden patterns beneath surface-level problems
  • Simple frameworks for immediate use
  • Embodied practices to shift from anxious to authoritative

5. Action & Commitment (10-12 min)
You leave with one specific experiment to try - and the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what to do next.
