AI Second.', exploring practical techniques for thorough market analysis, crafting a crystal-clear product vision, developing a sound product strategy, and defining measurable product metrics. This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of AI's role in product discovery and modern software engineering practices.

This session is perfect for leaders, HR professionals, agile practitioners, product managers, Scrum masters, and technology enthusiasts, including Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Business Analysts, and Developers – essentially anyone passionate about the intersection of AI and Product Development. The workshop kicks off with a focused 20-minute introduction to AI-assisted Product Ownership, followed by a dynamic 75-minute hands-on session. You'll work in small groups through two collaborative iterations: first, to Discover (covering market and competitor analysis, personas, and identifying opportunities), and then to Design (focusing on product vision, strategy, Agile roadmap, and defining metrics). We'll conclude with engaging team presentations to share insights. Please bring your favorite AI tool – whether it's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another LLM – the goal is to compare ideas and product thinking, not to benchmark models.
