Leading in Complexity is a meetup for people working with strategy, transformation, and change in adaptive systems - where organisations evolve, conditions shift, and simple cause-and-effect thinking falls short.
The group blends:
- guided conversations around real challenges
- exploration of useful frameworks and ideas (used critically, not dogmatically)
- short teaching inputs to introduce concepts, language, or perspectives that help make sense of complexity
This meetup is for leaders and practitioners who want a space to think out loud, test ideas, and learn from others facing similar tensions - a community to bounce perspectives off, gain fresh insights, and deepen their understanding of how change actually unfolds.
Rather than prescribing answers, we focus on learning together, sharpening judgment, and expanding the ways we see and work with complex situations.
