Interested in being mentored? You are invited to join a special tech mentorship group by The Koa Club where the mentors have over 30 years of combined experience in the tech space and believe in the power of continuous learning. This Mentoring Group is free, so we encourage you to sign up as a free Community Member of The Koa Club and take advantage of this.

To be a mentee, you must be available to attend the following schedules mentorship dates for an hour each:

– strategies for fostering collaboration and breaking down silos
– knowing your audience, various personalities, conflict resolution, hard conversations
– how to gain trust through collaboration

Meeting Tuesday, May 28th 3pmPST– Discussion on a Koa Club Workshop

Meeting Tuesday, June 25th 3pmPST– Learning & skill development with career growth
– what resources do you use (linkedIn, coursera, etc)
– how do you share findings with team
– gaps, honesty in what you can do

Meeting Tuesday, July 30th 3pmPST– Building relationship while keeping work-life balance
– strategies for building professional relationships, attending conferences, joining tech communities, etc
– strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a demanding tech career

Meeting Tuesday, August 27th 3pmPST– A recap and reflection of mentees further needs
