The Secret Tavern: Cocktails and an RPG Adventure

The event will be in English - 9€ fee with a free signature cocktail: Imagine stepping into a hidden tavern, tucked away in a historic jewelry shop in the heart of Old Porto. ✨ This Friday, escape the ordinary and join us for a night of laughter, connection, and an introduction to the world of RPGs.

We have prepared a session that will take you through the benefits of playing story-driven games together, allowing you to play a quicker version of a communal RPG, since tabletops tend to last two or more hours - everyone will participate in the action, and most definitely get to bond with the group :)

Here's the quest:

• Uncover the Secret Tavern: Find the hidden entrance and whisper the password to gain access to this exclusive experience. 🤫
• Forge New Friendships: Connect with fellow adventurers over a complimentary signature cocktail. 🍹
• Embark on an RPG Journey: No experience needed! Our expert Game Master, Carolina, has crafted a unique RPG session designed for fun, social interaction, and self-discovery that will be the perfect introduction to the world of RPGs. 🎲
• Support a Good Cause: All proceeds benefit the Quebra-Dados Association, supporting community activities. 🤝

Event Schedule:

• 6:30 PM: Gather around the table, meet your fellow adventurers, and get ready to explore a new world.
• 6:45 PM: The adventure begins! Dive into a communal RPG session filled with laughter, challenges, and unforgettable moments.
• 8:15 PM: Share stories, exchange contacts, and continue the adventure with your new friends at a nearby bar or restaurant.

What you will be playing:
We have prepared a community game that will be played by everyone at once - as a simplified form of a formal tabletop RPG, you will participate as a group and adventure together.

We believe that the best way to forge lasting friendships is through shared experiences, and in this session, you will connect, share, and, above all, participate in an epic journey while sitting comfortably in an amazing space, surrounded by amazing people while developing wellness through play.

You don't have to have any knowledge of RPGs, or have previous experience of D&D or another tabletop role-playing game. You don't have to bring or prepare anything.

In this workshop we will explore the incredible effect that RPGs have as a practice to know ourselves better, as well as the friends you'll meet on your journey - we've prepared an adventure that will allow you to socialize, have fun, and discover a whole new world.
