Difficult Conversations... Mental Health

Leadership is always about doing uncomfortable things. It doesn't mean that you have to do them alone, though. For this quarters Happy Hour, we are going to be talking about Mental Health. Kate Simonet will be joining our happy hour. She is with THUMBS UP. She will be helping us talk through Mental Health awareness and talking about resources that are available to us as leaders.
