I’m delighted to welcome to our Property event this month the amazing Dhillon Dhanecha who I had the pleasure to get to meet back in 2017 and for those who haven’t had the chance to met him you are truly in for a treat so I would encourage you to join us,

Dillon’s the kind of human that doesn’t fit categories.

Born into a family of refugees and having experienced first hand the power of stable social housing, he began housing homeless young people in 2011 and refugee families from Syria in 2016. He’s not looked back since and has a moonshot mission to house 10,000 vulnerable humans by 2027, with your help.

Equal parts multi-millionaire social housing investor and an international spiritual teacher he has built a property portfolio to house vulnerable people, launched Europe’s only Gold Bullion Buying Club to make the shiny stuff available to everyday people and created The M.O.N.E.Y Code, a neuro-yogic energy healing modality that releases scarcity-trauma from the body and brain.

He has spoken on stages alongside leading spritual teachers including Neale Donald Walsch of The Secret, created a Money Mindset program with Brian Tracy, delivered one of the first ever TEDx Talks in 2010 following 3 years working with Central Banks, tech companies and Governments across Africa, as well as being featured on many of the UKs leading property and spiritual podcasts.

This unusual mix of activity allows him to explore the wonders of money world through a deeply spiritual and philanthropic lens.

Inspired by the global efforts of Habitat for Humanity, his own experiences growing up in social housing and stories of tenants turning their lives around since 2011, Dillon launched the Purposeful Property Project with a moonshot mission to house 10,000 vulnerable humans by 2027
