Christmas Social & Book Swap

Thank you to Stuart for November’s discussion of The Safekeep by Yael van der Wouden. Our read for January will be Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen nominated by Tom.
We don't have a book discussion in December, instead we hold a Christmas Social for all members (old and new). We'll be at The Somerville Arms in the Snug, 7.30pm for 8pm.
Everyone is welcome to join in the book swap; if you wish to take part please bring along a gift-wrapped book and write three words describing the book on the tag. Pre-loved books are welcome, but preferably not a book club book from the last year. You can see what we've read by having a look back through Meetup's past events. Please feel free to bring Christmas snacks or nibbles if you wish.
