**Mentorship and Learning: How MPB took the Agile principle of continuous learning into their hiring process for their latest Scrum Master role - Paige Simmonds and Monique Gibson**

We’re excited to share how we developed a repeatable Mentorship and Learning Programme that allowed us to hire internally and create a career-pivot opportunity for somebody in our business, rather than hire externally.

***About Paige***
Paige is a passionate and people focused Senior Scrum Master at MPB, where she supports teams in delivering value through Agile practices. With a strong belief in collaboration and continuous improvement, she thrives on helping individuals and teams succeed, stay motivated, and achieve both personal and company goals.

Outside of the Agile world, Paige enjoys exploring new foods, cheering on her favourite football team, diving into music, traveling the globe, and spending time with dogs.

***About Monique***
Monique is the Head of Agile Delivery at MPB. An entrepreneur and change junkie at heart, she loves how Agile ways of working continue to support her desire to lead by serving.

Outside of work Monique is the proud mother of two 6-foot-something giant boys, loves nothing more than jumping on a plane for a little solo adventure and is currently in training for her first ever cycle race. (Anybody willing to be at the finish line in Brighton with chocolate and a glass of bubbles on 15 June is welcome !)
