Together, Jeni and Jack will share insights from their journey scaling agile at Bupa—highlighting lessons learned, challenges faced, and the impact of agile coaching in a large-scale transformation context.

***About Jeni and Jack***

Jeni Bradford and Jack Pooley are experienced Agile Coaches at Bupa, bringing diverse backgrounds and complementary expertise to their work in scaling agile within the Change and Transformation team.

***Jeni Bradford*** draws on her rich background in operations and lean process improvement. As a qualified business psychologist and accredited coach, she brings a human-centered approach to agile transformation, focusing on mindset shifts, team dynamics, and sustainable change. Her experience enables her to bridge the gap between strategic goals and operational execution, helping teams thrive in complex environments.

***Jack Pooley*** has hands-on experience (and plenty of lessons learnt!) across four different large-scale agile adoptions/transformations. Aside from an agile background rooted firmly in Kanban and flow, he also taps into a varied toolkit amassed during his time working in insurance, technology consultancy, secondary school language teaching, rowing coaching, supervising a Kindergarten - the list goes on. A colleague once gave him the Swiss Army Knife award, and he promises that has nothing to do with being the ultimate tool...

**Agile Bullsh\*t - Noel Warnell**

Noel loves Agile, but has witnessed a lot of BS in his career. So much so, he (alongside Koen Vastermans) ended up writing a book about it, Agile Bullsh\*t.

Noel will talk to us about how they wrote this book in an agile way, explore some of the 56 anti patterns (bad practices) and we may even get to play a little game of bingo too!

***About Noel***

Noel’s agile journey started in 2011 and he hasn’t looked back. 14 years later, dozens of organisations and a handful of job titles, he is an experienced agile practitioner. He runs a consulting company NOW Agile, which focuses on partnering with leaders and founders to create more productive, efficient and profitable teams.
