The Lean & Agile Coaching Collaborative is a place for coaches, change agents, and leaders to meet, share, and learn from fellow travelers that are working on transforming their organizations using Lean & Agile principles. This group will offer participants an opportunity to
- discuss new perspectives with peers
- experience new methods that get people out of their comfort zones
- hangout and get to know fellow coaches and change agents from other companies
- participate in workshops to help members sharpen their skills and level up
- attend speaker sessions that get exposed to and spread new ideas
- connect people through fun, shared experiences
This group will focus on methods, practices, principles, and frameworks to accelerate customer value delivery and cultivate work environments where people thrive and do their best work.
