LAEdi - Leading at Scale at Skyscanner

Skyscaner has been developing a training course based on Bungay’s Art of Action/Directed Opportunism AND been putting it into practice at most levels. We plan to share a version of the course (similar to previous Skyscanner courses shared with the Lean Agile Edi community). We’ll add in observations on our implementation and show how you can apply some of this without the cultural and executive buy in we have at Skyscanner.
