The Agile Shift: Stories of Transformation

Join us at The Mound, the birthplace of banking in Scotland, for an evening with three speakers and panel members from across industry to share and discuss stories of transformation with the local agile community.

• Kelly Watson, Business Agility Lead, Lloyds Banking Group
• Lynsey Lennon, IUW Programme Manager, Scottish Water

Each speaker will share a short story/experience (approx 15-mins) then we will have a moderated Q&A panel session for open questions and dialogue.

About the speakers
Lee Dunn is Head of the Digital Academy at the Scottish Government. With over 27 years in learning, teaching and technology, he brings experience as a teacher, senior lecturer and product manager to his current role. A Chartered Manager Fellow (CMI) and member of the Institute of Leadership (IoL), Lee is also a professional coach with XSectorMentor. He works internationally with UNESCO and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Kelly Watson is a Business Agility Lead in the Heritage Lab at Lloyds Banking Group, where she helps teams work smarter and deliver better. She’s all about making agile practical—whether it’s improving flow, refining backlogs, or supporting lab growth. Kelly’s known for her hands-on approach and knack for bringing people together to get things done.

Lynsey Lennon is leading an innovative £600m/year capital investment programme which is transforming how Scottish Water and their partners work together to improve urban water quality, benefitting every one of us. Lynsey started her career with Scottish Water as a graduate engineer in 2007 and has worked on a range of civil engineering projects, including the flagship Glencorse Water Treatment Works which provides 350,000 people in Edinburgh with clear, fresh drinking water.
