Lean Agile Edinburgh - using liberating structures to increase engagement

Happy new year to all our members! This first Lean Agile Edinburgh of 2020 will be a mix of presentation, discussions and activities from different facilitators. You’ll get a chance to:

• Discover ways to make your meetings and workshops more engaging, inclusive and effective
• Learn how to use liberating structures to help you to generate ideas, solve problems, have discussions and make decisions.
• Get a chance to meet other attendees and discuss any lean agile topics or problems that are of interest to you
• Take away 3 facilitation techniques for your toolkit to help you have better meetings and workshops in 2020
