Finding Alignment in Cross-Functional Teams - Nathan Bremner, Moonpig

Modern software teams have to deal with requirements that are larger, more complex, and change faster than ever before. Teams have evolved to meet that challenge with different specialisms, however this can lead to confusion or interruption when everyone's looking at a problem differently. Nathan will share one team's experience at Moonpig, how they tried to align the team on direction so they can handle complexity and change collaboratively, and what they've learned so far.
