For our March event, we have Valerie McLean and Robb Lockwood with a workshop about understanding and improving your team's flow, "Flow, Flow, Flow Your Boat!"
Come along for the usual mix of learning, conversation, and agile.

Description
In most organisations, work flows from Start to finish through a process such as:

“A - B - C - D” right?

Or is it more accurate that it goes:

“A - B - C - B - sits round awhile at C - A - stuck at D - B…..?”

Whatever your reality, we have a game that will show you some of the simple concepts of flow, helping you understand some of the patterns and blockers in your workplace - and how to fix them.

In a version of Klaus Leopold’s flow exercise, we will demonstrate the science behind Little’s Law using origami paper boats.

WHEN: Wednesday 8th March, 6pm doors for 6.15pm start.

WHERE: We'll be hosted by JPMorganChase & Co on Waterloo Street in Glasgow, who will be providing pizza and soft drinks.
