This month mark's 10 years of Lean Agile Glasgow! So, to celebrate, we're bringing back our founder, Chris McDermott, to give a talk on mindset.

In this talk, Chris will posit that some people approach agile change in the wrong way when they try and change beliefs before changing practice. He’ll weave in complexity ideas, John Kay’s Obliquity, John Schook’s act your way into a new way of thinking and Shove’s social practice theory. And maybe poke a little fun at methods that are doing things the wrong way round.
