Most people already know the Lego City Game, with which Scrum was probably brought to life in thousands of workshops around the world.

Now there is finally a Lego Flight Level Game (online in Miro) for all those who want to learn or teach more than just theory in the workshop room.

The game lets participants experience live what business agility in action means: how value can be generated, how "flow" is created and that strategy is already the first step in the process. It quickly becomes apparent how much influence even the smallest changes have on the entire system. It also shows, how long it takes until the desired adjustments of your own product actually arrive on the market.

This simulation finally makes the "thinking model" of the flight levels concrete and understandable.

Henriette Wienges loves system thinking and a structure-oriented approach towards organisations. Ever and ever again she is amazed, how structures define a great part of the “what”, the “how” and sometimes even the “if” of our work, while helping us to understand our environment, make it strategically manageable and efficient.
