TALK: Unlocking continuous improvement
Retrospectives are the most common improvement method in agile teams, and are used as standard across many organisations. But, less than 60% of company-wide continuous improvement efforts are successful. Why do some teams settle for the status quo? And why do many organisations struggle to roll out a continuous improvement culture?
In this dynamic talk, we will uncover the importance of continuous improvement, explore how to embed good improvement practices and discuss how to elevate the effectiveness of our retrospective techniques.
TALK: With A Little Help From My Friends
Signals, Andon and The Wonderful World of Collaboration
Stef and Matt believe that collaboration and teamwork is a key component of high performing teams. In this talk, they want to explore different ways for teams to collaborate, and what signals might give your team some clues that they need to pull together.
Expect conversations around ageing and other actionable indicators, pairing and swarming, factors that impede teams, the Andon Cord, and more.
