For Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Agile Managers, and other leaders: Are your Agile teams ready to go to to the next level'

This meetup is your high-level introduction to the new, eye-opening Agile Fluency™ Game and a light introduction to using the Agile Fluency Model for leadership and coaching.

The Model is a coaching and planning tool that helps your group or organisation get better ROI from agile practice: choose your target, master your target proficiencies, and invest wisely.

The Agile Fluency Game is a new, fun and profound board game to accurately simulate the next two and a half years of your agile transformation as you discover more effective agile ways to produce value. You'll discover some common pitfalls to avoid, and you'll experience the progression we've observed all effective agile teams take as they learn to:

• focus on value to the business and customer,

• deliver value with technical excellence and quality, and

• optimise value through a richer team understanding of the market and product landscape.

The Game will help you to understand new ways to coach your ongoing agile efforts to get fit-for-purpose results. You will learn about ways to use the Agile Fluency Model in your work.

At this meetup you'll mingle with other practitioners, walk through the path of the Agile Fluency Model, play through one complete cycle of the Agile Fluency Game, and leave with a new understanding of the benefits possible when you invest wisely in your agile journey. You will also know about coaching tools which are available for working with the model.
