- You do not need to give up Carbs as it is essential to losing weight and getting stronger
- You do not need to give up your social life to lose weight
- You do not need to live in the gym and go 6 days a week to get results
- We already know what to do, its all about making them easier to do by implementing the right strategies, reframing old beliefs, adopting a new identity.
