• Gather Ideas: Participants write down topics on sticky notes.
• Vote: Each person votes on their favorite topics.
• Prioritize: Arrange topics by the number of votes.
• Time-box Discussions: Set a timer (e.g., 5-10 minutes) for each topic.
• Thumbs Vote: At the end of each time-box, thumbs up to continue or down to move on.
