We're gathering a group of people in Toronto to talk about something close to our hearts: Self-Management. This type of thinking goes by different names: Teal, Holacracy, Agile Enterprise, Self-Organizing, and other labels. What they have in common is the idea that there is a different way to organize - beyond the traditional hierarchy and manager-based systems.

Why is this meet-up different?

The Moment will facilitate a meaningful conversation around different aspects of self-management, including:

• Holacracy and how it's best used

• The advice process, circles, and lead roles

• How self-managing organizations are enabling employees to set their own salaries

• Teal, the blockchain, and decentralized systems

• Self-run performance evaluation and compensation models

• The importance of Holaracy and other Self-Managing frameworks as enabling frameworks for unleashing innovation outcomes within organizations
