Join us for our next Lean Enterprise meetup where we look at one of the most common challenges people, teams and organizations face - clearly articulating their mission, vision and reason for being. Our next workshop is dedicated to leaders who want to discover their purpose by reducing the mental noise and increasing clarity. Inspired by Simon Sinek's "Start with Why", we have expert facilitation from our very own Peter LePiane, who will be guiding participants through an engaging and interactive exercise to help one find purpose, and through this, autonomy and mastery at work and in life. In addition, we'll explore the concept of purpose on multiple levels including individual, team and organization. Take these new tools and skills back to the office and help others restore clarity and joy at work. The event will be free of charge.
