WHAT WORKS FOR WOMEN AT WORK: PART ONE

• Introductions - Tell us who you are what you do, even why you joined if you feel the urge. Tell as much or as little as you like.

• Video - We will watch a short video and discuss the four biases that are costly to women in the workforce plus how to address them.

• Take Aways

This is a round-table discussion where people will be allowed to share experience in a non-judging and supportive atmosphere, seek assistance, give advice, and learn ways to support their careers and each other. Because we are non-affiliated to any company or organization, feel free to talk.
