This group is for anyone who wants to learn about or share information about Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma is a proven approach for achieving excellence in the way we deliver value to our customers. It is suitable for processes in all types of businesses and organizations that strive to generate value whether it be products, services, for profit, non profit, private, or public. Let's make Vietnam even better together by using this powerful approach!

I'm a Six Sigma Master Black Belt who started with Six Sigma at General Electric and have over 15 years Six Sigma experience working in multiple countries and industries. There is tremendous potential for growing Six Sigma practices in Vietnam.

Things we can do:

- Present learning topics

- Share case studies and lessons learned 

- Discuss opportunities for using Six Sigma 

- Help each other with specific challenges 

Since I am currently based abroad and am in Vietnam at limited times, I am also looking for co-organizers and partners in Vietnam to keep this group vibrant throughout the year. Contact me if you are interested!
