Want to get started with your project? A great place to start is by filling out a Lean Canvas.
Seems easy enough but some parts can be tricky. Getting help and feedback from other entrepreneurs as you are filling it out will enable you to complete it more quickly and confidently.

A coach will ensure that all the elements of your canvas are sound and strong.

You have already filled out one version (or part of) your business model canvas and are ready to conduct your first Lean Startup experiment?

A coach will be on hand to guide you through the set-up of your experiment. Ensuring:

• Your assumption statement is right,

• You have identified a workable customer segment,

• Your MVP is sound,

• You have strong metrics and

• A good standard to measure them against
