Stephen Shapiro
As a leading keynote speaker, author, and advisor on innovation, Stephen Shapiro has developed a proven approach for increasing speed, reducing risk, and improving innovation ROI tenfold.

Stephen has two decades of practical innovation experience, including a 15-year tenure at Accenture where he created and led a 20,000-person innovation practice.

Enrico Marcellino
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Enrico Marcellino started his career in leadership in the registration department at Florida Hospital Winter Park. He has served in several leadership roles at AdventHealth, including Director of Video Content Strategy and Executive Director of Strategic Integration and Operations for the Central Florida Division. He currently serves in an innovation role reporting to AdventHealth’s Chief Innovation and Partnerships Officer.

Enrico earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Cinema Studies and Psychology and a minor in Coaching. Together with his wife Laura Poe, Enrico enjoys spending time traveling and creating content for her YouTube travel channel.
