Jonathan Maricle is a strategy, communications, and innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience across marketing, software development, education, and organizational transformation. He is also the founder of Resonator, a mission-driven consulting firm that helps organizations clarify their positioning, strengthen operations, and translate complex ideas into effective business and marketing strategies. Jonathan is also an Emmy Award-winning director and brings a distinctive combination of creative storytelling, analytical thinking, and practical execution to his work.

Speaker 2: Rajiv Menon, CEO @ Informulate
Rajiv Menon is a serial entrepreneur, and senior leader with 20+ years of experience in innovation, tech, and new venture-building. As the Founder & CEO of Informulate, he has led high-impact software and AI-driven innovation initiatives for enterprises, startups, and social ventures. A systems thinker with a long-term mindset, he has trained 1000+ innovators, invested in several startups, and played a key role in Orlando’s tech ecosystem as the founder of Orlando Innovation League and former Chair of the Orlando Tech Council. Passionate about technology, transformation, and social impact, he is now building AIAR, the world’s first self-driven AI-powered startup accelerator, designed to revolutionize entrepreneurship at scale.
