A native Texan, Nathan Kaiser is a reformed tech start-up junkie, who is now making and selling the first all-local, made-in-Seattle bourbon, as the founder and owner of 2bar Spirits (http://2barspirits.com/). 2bar makes absolutely everything onsite from all local grains. The name comes from the Kaiser family ranch in South Texas, which has been operated by five generations of Kaisers for more than a century.

Lean Startup Seattle is for anyone interested in the application of Lean Startup Principles and the Customer Development process developed by Steve Blank and refined by Eric Ries. We are bringing the Seattle Lean Startup community together in a variety of formats to learn from each other.
