Now that Agile is mainstream, different kind of questions are coming up.

Large organizations are unsure about the path to transform and disrupt themselves, smaller ones often do "Scrum-But", mid-size start wondering on how to lead and scale further and all of them have issues that go beyond SW development itself, like team building, budget allocation, project follow-up, estimations, etc. Lean is a more profound approach and an evolving system that is deeply transforming the world, as we know it.
