A Lean view on the new Scrum Guide

On Nov 18th the new version of the Scrum Guide was presented : https://www.scruminc.com/updated-scrum-guide-release/

The essence of Scrum hasn’t changed, its description is now better though. The guide has interesting modifications and is much more "Lean".

In which ways? For example:

• It is shorter, and less prescriptive
• The three Daily Scrum questions are optional
• There is no "Development Team" anymore, only the Scrum Team
• and more ...

In this presentation Klaus and Fernando will present the major changes, their relationship to Lean, and what the underlying principles & ideas behind them are. Being more aware of the intention for each role, event and artefact will help you do better Scrum.
