About Rebecca:

Rebecca Mahon is a business excellence specialist with a passion for lean methodologies and systems. She has been working in Tirlán for five years and leads the organisation's maturity assessment initiative and is currently pursuing an MBS in Lean Enterprise Excellence in SETU. She supports operation sites and supply chain functions championing lean deployment, business process optimisation, and project management. She has delivered strategy, culture change, and process improvements, as well as being an effective mentor and coach in problem solving and process improvements.
