Playing Kanban – model for designing and rolling Kanban systems

Hi mates!

This is a small pass (only 16 people) aimed at getting feedback from brave players interested in experiencing the basics of rolling Kanban in organizations.

In this 2 hours’ session we are going to play for sure... but also to explore how to analyze demand and capacity, to learn to model workflows and to visualize them.
