Embracing Complexity

We have been talking about how complex the world is for the last seventy years, yet it appears that many companies still don't understand what it means in terms of their own organization and operation. In this session, we will explore why some thinking models are no longer valid and how we are even screwing it up more with Agile, as told by an Agilist.

Our speaker
Fernando Sánchez is a former developer/engineer, who spent quite a long time pounding keyboards before realizing his skills in building and raising teams. He is currently a Senior Agile Coach at Adevinta, supporting the Global CIO structure.
