Slow down to Speed Up! Powering Personal Growth through Retrospectives

Details

Welcome to our inaugural event of 2025!!

As we head into Month #2 of 2025, how about we slow down to speed up? How about we leverage the power of agile ways of working for our own selves? How about we learn the art of powering personal growth through retrospectives?

That's exactly what we are going to do at this event, in which our own LIA Catalyst, Meenakshi Iyer will facilitate a conversation on "Slow down to Speed Up: Powering Personal Growth through Retrospectives".

Through this interactive, workshop-style session, you will:

  • Learn how to look back to get ahead with intention and self-compassion.
  • Learn to do an impactful retrospective by using simple, open-ended questions.
  • Leave the session with the 'Pause with Purpose™' retrospective tool.

"We don't learn from experience...we learn from reflecting on experience." - John Dewey, American philosopher.
