Tom Loosemore has spent over 20 years making digital products and services. He founded his first start-up in 1998, launched the BBC's first sport website and more recently built the team which created GOV.UK.

In this talk, Tom will share how he's gone about applying lean startup principles in both new and traditional organisations. He'll be telling stories of his time working at UpMyStreet.com, TheyWorkForYou.com, the BBC, mySociety, the Government Digital Service and more recently at the Co-op, where he is Group Director of Digital Services.
