Hart Shafer of Theraspecs/Adobe teaching how to shed cognitive biases

Lean methods are all about systematically eliminating waste, but even identifying what is waste in the Lean Startup context is extra challenging. This is because our own beliefs and assumptions cloud our ability to decide what constitutes validation or invalidation of our plan. Join us for a talk from Hart Shafer, entrepreneur and Lean Startup coach for companies including Adobe and Capital One, to learn practical methods for identifying your implicit assumptions, framing your plan in a testable way, and other techniques for overcoming these challenges.

We'll livestream this via Google Hangout like we did with Aaron Eden last time for those who cannot attend in person. Highly recommend attending though. Hart is adept at Lean/CustDev/Innovation Games and is a great speaker/teacher.
