Agile Lean Coffee #22: Remote Agile Play!

This is the 22nd in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

This month we are going to have some fun! Because we deserve it right?! And because the disconnect among remote team members is our most recurring topic. Please bring your short activities that you can run with a group of mostly strangers (soon-to-be friends, all community members), remotely of course. And then we will vote on the activity schedule and you will facilitate it. Please if you need tools, no logins and only need browser. Anything fun is welcome! Activities should take under ten minutes -- those that can be used to quickly check team pulse, energize a meeting or reconnect throughout the day. You can absolutely use breakout rooms etc. It could be mayhem but we will all get something out of it and hopefully laugh! (Feel free to drop in and out.)

Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. We do ten-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes. We do not record to contribute to a safe space for sharing.
