Agile Lean Coffee #50: How to Build a Career in Agile

This is the 50th (wow!) in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by Aginext and the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

One of the most common common questions that emerge from our group is about jobs. How do you get a job as a scrum master or agile lead? Do you need certifications? Whether you are hiring, looking for a role, or have been through the process several times before; whether you are just getting started in tech, pivoting, or making a more senior move; please join this month's very community event!

Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting on a theme. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. We do ten-minute topic timeboxes (or less depending on number of topics), and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes. We do not record to contribute to a safe space for sharing.
