After a few quiet months, the digital leadership meetup is returning with a new name: the LeanTech circles. This is also announcing the partnership with the LeanTech Manifesto book and communities around the world. Theodo is also joining Henko to support this effort as a new sponsor, ensuring a more consistent schedule of sessions and training.

🚀 We are relaunching with a powerful conversation on how to ignite a Lean culture in Technology and Services businesses. This is the most asked question by executives, as their organisations are looking for performance and efficiencies in a challenging environment.

💬 The Conversation

  • How has Lean Thinking often been misunderstood in immaterial businesses such as Services and Technology?
  • How do businesses fail to address waste and end up having to cut costs, often damaging their growth?
  • Why is the Agile retro generally considered the least effective team event, and why do organisations struggle to focus on continuous improvements?
  • How do you manage the entanglement of developing practices and Leadership when everyone is already too busy with their daily work?

What does it really look like to start a Lean journey in a digital or service environment — and where do leaders often go wrong?

Join our panel discussions where our experts will share their experiences and approaches to practical entry points for Lean Thinking, from strategy and culture to operations and delivery.
