Agile Lean Coffee #64: Reflections & Goal-setting

This is the 64th in a series of Lean Coffees run by the LeanTech Circles Meetup (renamed from the Digital Leadership Meetup, but still the same folks!) These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

As is customary for our little meetup, we close out the year by reflecting and by setting objectives for the next one. After all, if you say it aloud, you are more likely to achieve your goal. Join our community! (And wear a fun hat if you’d like!)

A Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting on a theme (or maybe more than one!) Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. The person who added the card introduces the topic. Then we kick off five-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes.

We do not record to contribute to a safe space for sharing. We run the board on the whiteboard within Zoom.
