Create a personal 108-bead mālā necklace. Learn the skills to craft one for yourself or to gift to someone. Add a lifelong meditative practice to your spiritual toolbox.
During this 3-hour experience, you will:
Learn a mantra and the significance of japa meditation
Tie knots between beads and hand-make a cotton tassel
Infuse your intentions and affirmations into each bead
Practice chanting with the mālā you create
All materials are provided.
