# Leap Love in Action: A Community Yoga Benefit for James

Please join us for a special evening of yoga, healing, and community as we come together to support our dear friend James Kapicka. James is currently navigating a recent diagnosis of Stage IV rectal cancer.
We’ll begin with a slow-flow vinyasa led by Summer and Stacy, followed by nourishing yin yoga with Stephanie and gentle, loving assists from Kristin, a trained Thai massage therapist. Melissa will then guide us into deep rest with a beautiful closing sound bath.
This event is free and open to all. Donations will be gratefully accepted to support James during this challenging time. Come as you are, bring your heart, and help us surround James with love, strength, and community.
