SpeakCantonese (Meet up events):
Let's practise speaking Cantonese together! Whether you're a beginner looking to practice basic phrases or an advanced speaker wanting to engage in deeper conversations, this group is open to Cantonese speakers of all levels. Guest native Cantonese speakers will be invited. Let's come together to discuss interests, hobbies, and everyday topics in a fun and supportive environment. Join us to sharpen your language skills and make new friends along the way!
LearnCantonese (Discord events / Meet up discussion thread):
Join discord for more in-depth learning (includes reading/writing colloquial Cantonese). Share study notes and watch Cantonese videos/subtitles together. Scheduled events involve vocabulary explanation and drills. We can also share new words we've learned through out the week; reading/writing level 0% is ok. Come learn with me!

Learn Cantonese with me - Congee Dishes
This is an academic study group so please bring and share Cantonese resources that we've used/learned throughout the week! We learn colloquial Cantonese based on Traditional Chinese/Cantonese words.
We will go through basic words so we know our way around a Chinese menu(from simple to complicated menus - see below)!
Bring your note-taking items and join in for Cantonese knowledge sharing. You may keep a running reference notes so each time you can summarize & review new/old words easily).
