Tea time at Icha Tea

One of the 2026 Toronto Tea Festival Winners: Come drink tea at Icha Tea together (downtown), with dim-sum(optional) beforehand! We can talk about the different teas, and have a tea drinking session. We will buy our own teas. Average price for a tea pot is: ~$7-10.

There is a table for tea sampling of dry tea leaves. Shop tables are small so a limited number of RSVPs is available.

For Icha Tea - I will guide you through the tasting and we will have a fun and share our tea tasting experience with historical teas. Using the Camelia Sinesis reference book, we will learn valuable insight into the tea cultivation and interesting suggestions for tea drinking. We will each purchase tea pots to share amongst ourselves. No prior knowledge is required. Just enjoy the tea! $5 event fee (none if only dim sum).
