This group will provide information on classes and opportunities to learn the smooth and stylish partner dance of Chicago Stepping throughout Hampton Roads. All are welcome to learn this art form!

Chicago Stepping is an African-American cultural social dance that developed in the inner city of Chicago evolving and incorporating elements from dances such as the Bop, Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, and Harlem Swing. With its creative patterns and intricate music, it is a stylish and smooth dance that has become popular throughout the country. Danced primarily to the music genres of R&B, Jazz, Soul, and Rap.
