Board games in the park-- train for 2032 Olympics!

We invite you to continue to play around & find out* how much fun and solidarity comes from playing together at a table in a beautiful park, forming new groups and friendships. Let's train up for the 2032 Olympic Board Games, which we plan to play on this very spot— you might join a team or cheer them on!

We provide chess, dominoes, and word tiles, but invite you to bring your own games to share with others. We clean the benches and provide tea and coffee. All free. Note!! Our other events provide a shelter against rain and sun, but that shelter will be occupied for the other event being run here. So prepare for outdoor play in whatever weather is in store.

We especially invite players of Earthborne Rangers to come every week. If you are not attending the other event specific to ER, you must bring your own ER box, and Matthew won't be able to coach-- he will be doing another event in the same location.
(If you are an absolute beginner to Earthborne or D&D, first look in this group for an event that introduces how to play. After that you will get invited to other events here.)

* Bonus info for all who care: As stadium developers approach Ibis Island, they will find out how much our community values this special place. Two promise-breaking Olympic stadiums are slated to be built in Victoria Park, threatening Ibis Island and our gaming community. Let's help them find out why they had better leave this spot untouched. This weekly event series is a spark. Join us so we can all build a fire.
